Long Haul Shipments

Most shipments are weighted to get the actual weight of the shipment.
Flat rates can also be arranged based on your list of goods.
Cubic Measurement:

Where the weighing of the truck is not possible, the shipment weight is determined by cubic measurement, based on 6.5lbs per cubic foot. Utilize the table of measurement below to determine the dimension of your shipment and then convert to weight using t he formula below:

* Weight = cubic feet x 6.5lbs/cubic foot

ie: 788cb/ft x 6.5lbs/cb ft =5122 lbs.

Local Moves

The cost for a local move is on an hourly basis. The hourly rate will vary depending on the time of year the move will take place. A minimum surcharge of 60 minutes will apply for travelling to and from the warehouse. Please call our office for rates at (514)336-1212 in Greater Montreal, or 1-450-653-7891. If you prefer, you can request this information by e-mail.
